I practice what I preach, and it all started over 20 years ago. I was a commercial model and actress with a booming career, a hard-core party lifestyle, and no clue about nutrition and biochemistry. I was exhausted, dieting nonstop, and couldn’t imagine exercising on a regular basis. I was burning the candle at both ends and feeling horrible as I worked and traveled all over Asia.
All of this changed when I hit my rock bottom and realized that the life I was leading was making me sick. The lack of sleep, eating whatever was around, traveling and being exhausted, feeling edgy all the time and partying was taking away my best years.
I began taking the steps - baby steps- to upgrade my own health, and step into levels of energy and wellbeing that I didn’t even know were available to me.
After I changed my health, my life and everything in it came into focus. I quit working in an industry I hated, I got married, and moved to a country I loved. I started raising a family and trained to be a board-certified health coach. Then I went to grad school to get a Masters in Nutrition and Functional Medicine. After two years under supervision to earn my board-credentials as a nutritionist, I launched my dream of "spreading the wealth of health" and guiding individuals to their best health.
My goal is to keep sharing my energy to motivate and educate and get everyone feeling amazing so they can break the dieting cycle, ditch the biohacking trends that are stressing them out, and make consistent good choices that last.
